For a unique journey, we have prepared a selection of local options for our guests. Enjoy fully your experience on the island of Kashirajima.
 

Bottom trawl fishing experience
 


Go on an adventure on the sea with the fishermen of Kashirajima island, harvest the bounty of the sea with the seagulls flying above the boat and the occasional finless porpoises that show the shining top of their heads.
Enjoy a memorable experience and become one with nature.
You can take home all the fish you catch.

Hinase Islands Boat Tour: Explore the History of the Archipelago


Explore the beautiful Hinase Islands, a group of 13 islands rich with history and local charm. While one island has earned designation as a Japanese Heritage Site for its connection to the historic Genroku Breakwater and Kitamae ship routes, you'll also enjoy fascinating stories and fun facts that only locals know, shared by your captain as you take in the stunning Seto Inland Sea scenery.

On your way, observe the oyster farms, the pride and gourmet of Hinase.

Soba noodle making experience
 


Watch the skilled hands of soba makers, then try your own hand at making soba noodles using traditional Japanese techniques.
Your freshly made soba will be served in authentic Bizen ware, enhancing the flavors and making for a truly immersive experience.

Tsugaru shamisen and shakuhachi performance
 


Enjoy the beautiful melodies of the shamisen, a traditional Japanese instrument, in a private show.
With elegant tones and passionate performance, we will provide you with a wonderful, touching experience.
In addition to the shamisen, you can also enjoy shakuhachi and folk song singing.

Kimono & Japanese tea ceremony experience 
 


Experience the elegance of Japanese tradition with a private kimono dressing and tea ceremony.

Katana cutting & Japanese Sword Viewing and History Experience

Under the guidance of the master of Shojitsuken Rikata Ichi-ryu Armor Battojutsu, you'll learn the history and techniques of using a real katana.
This ancient martial art, passed down since the Sengoku period, emphasizes practical skills in armored combat.

Participants will safely practice test cutting, gaining insight into the spirit and skill of the Samurai.
